First Steps To Getting On The Market

• Call us to book your FREE, no obligation valuation.
• At our valuation appointment we will discuss all aspects of the selling or moving process, providing you with straightforward practical advice for your individual circumstances.
• We will explain our service, fees and any associated costs for moving carefully.
• Once you give us the “thumbs up” we will prepare your marketing material including a 3D Virtual Tour of the property.
• We can organise an EPC (Energy Performance Certificate) if required.
• When everything is ready the property will “go live” to all of our registered applicants and then will be made available to the portals we use, Rightmove and OnTheMarket being the major ones.
