Over 40 viewings and 14 Offers!

We completed the sale of this property in Arthington a little earlier in 2022. Despite providing the highlest valuation out of the three agents competing for the instruction, we still generated over 40 viewings in a week and received 14 offers.  Simon Walker dealt with all 14 offers personally and kept all parties fully informed along the way.The 13 unsuccesful applicants expressed their appreciation of how they had been dealt with, some of whom went on to purchase other properties through us.  Ultimately we agreed a sale at a price well in excess of the guide.
