The Lettings & Management side of the business is largely run by Michael Smale and his Wife Karen, with the support of a back office team. This approach keeps things simple and on a personal level which both clients and tenants prefer.

We have invested in the latest software to maintain accurate records and provide a secure payments system so that you can rest assured that your money is safe with Walker Smale, and to ring fence that further we are members of CMP (Client Money Protection). Our referencing partner RentProfile helps us process new tenancy applications swiftly and compliantly and we have received really positive feedback from tenants as to how efficient the system is.

At Walker Smale we do not look after hundreds of properties and mainly act for loyal clients, people recommended to us and of course new clients who see the benefits of a personal service rather than a corporate style approach.
